1. Description of Soya nuggets protein food extrusion machine

Soy protein production line uses nonfat soybean meal as the main material to produce all kinds of Textured Soya/Vegetable Protein (TSP, TVP) food and vegetarian meat, which are nutritional and easily absorbed by the human body. The texture of soy protein is like muscle and has a sense of mastication. Textured soybean protein is widely applied to many industries, such as can, ham, meat, cooking, etc
After protein food is extruded from the dies of the extruder, the food is sliced into granules, flakes, chunks, nuggets, goulash, steakettes (schnitzel), etc. by revolving knives, and then is dried in a rotary dryer.

11. Packaging and Delivery:
A. We will pack all necessary machines into wooden cases. For the drying machine, and heavy extruders, we will fix them in the container with very strong iron wire.

B. If by LCL for small quantity machines, we will let send to QINGDAO port for loading.

C. If need containers, our trucks will take the containers from the port to our factory for professional and safely loading, and then return to the port for shipment.
