1. The Pasta Processing Line adopts flour, corn starch, and potato starch as raw material, and makes pasta through the process of extruding, cooking, shaping, drying, and frying.

2. By choosing different dies, you can make different shapes of food such as shells, screws, square tubes, round tubes, lotus root slices, etc. The food is very popular in the market.

3. Recently, our company invented edible rice drinking straws that also can be produced by the pasta machine. The straws are a new product that is made of grain flour. So they are not only environment-friendly but also can be eaten directly. Edible straws are good alternatives to plastic straws and many clients in many countries have ordered these machines to produce edible drinking straws.

1. Features:

1. This processing line has the advantage of rational design, high automatic degree, and accuracy control.

2. The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.

3. The screws material is 38CrMnAl, which is wear-resisting.

4. Our project is turn-key. We will send our engineer to your factory, install and debug the equipment, and train your operators.

5. The processing line needs two workers to operate.

6. Around 100 square meters of a plant is suggested for this line. The length is no less than 20 meters.

7. Process flow: (Raw material)---mixing---extruding & puffing---cooling---drying---frying---hoisting---flavoring--- (packing)

From production to delivery, at least 5 quality inspections are carried out, namely: purchase inspection by the purchasing department, pick-up inspection by the production department, an inspection of each module of the machine, inspection of the whole machine (including appearance and test machine) and inspection before leaving the factory.

10. Packing and shipping :

A. We will pack all necessary machines into wooden cases. For the drying machine, and heavy extruders, we will fix them in the container with very strong iron wire.

B. If by LCL for small quantity machines, we will let send to QINGDAO port for loading.

C. If need containers, our trucks will take the containers from the port to our factory for professional and safely loading, and then return to the port for shipment.
