6.2 How does corn puff snack machine work?

 1) At the beginning of the corn puff snack machine. The dry ingredients (premix grains power, minerals and vitamins, salt, milk powder, emulsifiers, ...) are fed, mixed and conveyed to the feeder of the food extruder.

2) The mixed ingredients is introduced into the twin-screw extruder: the corotating screws mix the pre-moistened powders with a malt syrup, injected directly into the extrude.

3)Inside food extruder,the heat generated by viscous dissipation and the controlled shear generated by the screws geometry provide the required thermo-mechanical treatment to the preparation.An advanced cooling system of the extruder precisely adjusts the temperature in each barrel module.

4) The homogeneous, pasty and cooked product is pushed throughout the die of the  extruder which forms continuou expanded strands.

1.How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 20-35 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according     to   quantity.

2. Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

4. How about the after-service?

   We will send 1 engineer to the buyer's factory for a 10-day period of installation and training to the operators.
