1.Fish feed extruder machine Introduction
Fish feed extruder includes steam methord machine and dry methord machine. In this article, two methords fish feed machine will be introduced.
Dry methord floating fish feed pellet machine includes two series. One series is DLG serie single screw extruder fish feed machine. The other series is TSE series twin screw extruder fish feed machine.
DLG Series processing line is mainly for producing fish feed. TSE Series processing line is always popular in fish feed area and pet food area.
Steam methord floating fish feed pellet machine should work with steam system. The output is big with low electrical energy.

3.The features of fish feed extruder machine
3.1.The main extruder adopts frequency speed controlling with high automation.

4. HOW IS FISH FEED MANUFACTURED ?
HOW DOES FISH FEED EXTRUDER MACHINE PRODUCE FISH FOOD?
4.1 Typical raw materials used in fish feed processing include cereal flour, vegetable proteins, minerals and vitamins and, in some cases, meat or fish flour and fresh meat.
4.2.The dry ingredients enter the the pre-conditioner and are steam-hydrated. The counter-rotary twin shaft unit blends the ingredients and ensures proper mixing of steam, moisture and ingredients. Preconditioning produces partial gelatinization of starches and texturing of polymers
4.3 The partially cooked mixture is then fed to the twin-screw extruder. Shearing, internal temperature, pressure, moisture and residence times are accurately controlled to achieve optimum starch gelatinization without loss of food quality. Liquids or steam may be injected through ports in the extruder barrel at various processing stages. Degassing is possible at this stage using a vent-stuffer.
4.4 Granules are then shaped when they are extruded through the die. They are then put through a dryer, which reduces moisture (generally between 8 and 10%). The product is then coated, and flavoring and fat is added before cooling and packaging.

Sunward : Our factory is located in Jinan city, China. It takes you 3 hours by air or 10.5 hours by high-speed train from Guangzhou to Jinan. And if you are from Shanghai, then it only needs 1.5 hours by air or 4 hours by high-speed train. What's more, we could pick you up when you arrived airport or train station.
Q4. Could we test our own raw materials with your machines before making order ?

Q5. What's your payment terms ?
Sunward : The general one is 30% as deposit, and then the balanced money is paid before delivery. But we could also accept L/C.
