1. Couscous processing line introduction
Couscous processing line is mainly made up with raw materials treatment system, extrusion system, drying system and controlling system. Different from traditional Couscous production technology, this line adopts extrusion technology to make Couscous. The process is continuous, which is more efficient. Except for Couscous, this processing line can make fortified rice/ artificial rice/ nutrition rice as well.
Couscous processing line's core technology is co-rotating twin-screw extrusion. Twin-screw extruder is the core of this line, enabling the continuous production of expanded snack.

3. Couscous introduction
Couscous is a Berber dish of small steamed balls of crushed durum wheat semolina. Pearl or Israeli couscous, properly known as ptitim, is a type of pasta. Its traditional production is by manual.
Based on modern extrusion technology development, Couscous can be made by co-rotation twin-screw extruder and dryer as well. The production process is continuous and automatic, which can increase production efficiency.
