1. Description of Soya pnuggets protein food extusion machine
Soy protein production line is manufactured with our rich experiences on food industry for over ten years.Soy protein production line uses non fat soybean meal as main material to produce allkinds of soybean protein food and vegetarian meat, which are nutritional and easily absorbed by human body.The texture soy protein is like muscle and has the sense of mastication.Textured soybean protein is widely applied to many industries, such as can, ham, meat,cooking etc

2.Features of Soya pnuggets protein food extusion machine
2.1. Textured Soya/Vegetable Protein (TSP,TVP) is made through the textured soya protein processing line. After protein food is extruded from the dies of extruder, the food is sliced into granules, flakes, chunks, nuggets, goulash, steakettes (schnitzel), etc. by revolving knives, and then is dried in a rotary dryer.
2.2. The line adopts defatted soya flour as raw materials

Sunward : Our factory is located in Jinan city, China. It takes you 3 hours by air or 10.5 hours by high-speed train from Guangzhou to Jinan. And if you are from Shanghai, then it only needs 1.5 hours by air or 4 hours by high-speed train. What's more, we could pick you up when you arrived airport or train station.

Sunward : We would like to test your material with our machines freely for you.

Q5. What's your payment terms ?

Sunward : The general one is 30% as deposit, and then the balanced money is paid before delivery. But we could also accept L/C.

Sunward: If you order the full-automatic production line machines, we could dispatch our engineer to your factory for installation and training. And if it is single machine, then we could send you the operation video.
