Production line description: Textured Soy Protein is made from defatted soy flour, which is low oil soy material. so it is plentiful in supply. It is with a great source of vegetable protein without all the fat. Textured Soy Protein comes in small dry chunks resembling, well, dried vegetables more than anything, or in a finely-ground form. It's flavorless, but when you rehydrate it and add your own flavors, it makes a great protein-filled addition to many dishes calling for ground meat. Because of its varying texture, it's versatile, and can take on the texture of many meats, For instance, it's excellent in chili, tacos, veggie burgers and soups. With muscle structure, it has better absorbency and can defend without cholesterol, it can be boiled in high temperature with different tastes, or added into meal product as stuffing. When it's used to replace meat in stews and soups, your family will hardly be able to tell the difference and since you can marinate it in many of the same sauces as meat, it can take on meat's flavors .
The feature of the production line:
This production line can make different kinds fried snacks (such as rice crusts, chips, bulges, pizza rolls, doritos) based on
changing die moulds and manufacturing technique. The production process includes mixing, extruding, cutting, frying, flavoring and packing. The products are crispy and less oil.

Twin screw extruder
The twin-screw extruder is made up of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, transmission system and controlling system. We will feed the material from the feeding machine and get the tissue state by inflating the material and the machine barrel must be high temperature, high pressure and high cutting. The material can be sterilized by the high temperature and high pressure and make the product safe.
The main extruder adopts frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable per-formation.
This equipment has the wide material, multi-shape products and flexible collocations. We can produce the different products according to the different models and collocations.
Multi-layer dryer
essential processes, which can quickly reduce high temperature food to room temperature or lower temperature, so that the next
step of food processing. In this process, the cooling machine can provide stable cooling water to control the temperature of the
food, ensuring that the food is maintained at the best temperature throughout the processing process to avoid bacterial growth and
deterioration.
